The Option Periods will then begin on January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2022. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Notice Dated December 9, 2016: An Amendment will be issued next week to address several things, including the period of performance, proposal due dates and level of clearance, among other things. Please standby. Solicitation Amendment 0004, dated December 15, 2016. This Amendment modifies the Solicitation in the following ways: 1. In light of the extension of the existing contract, the new period of performance for the base period will now begin on April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018. 2. The proposal due date will now be February 28, 2017. 3. The Award will not be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), but instead a Multiple Award IDIQ, whereby four (4) contractors will be on the award; two (2) at the Secret Level and two (2) at the Top Secret Level. 4. Task Orders will be issued as LPTA or Best Value, which will be decided by the Contracting Officer at the time the Order is sent for competition. 5. The Clearance Levels must be both the Facility Level (i.e. the company possesses it) and the employee level (i.e. the individuals conducting the work will need it). Please see the updated SOW Attachment for technical description of clearance levels. 6. The Past Performance Questionnaires can be submitted with the proposals, on February 28, 2017. 7. Any remaining questions that interested companies have must be submitted by February 1, 2017, with a response from the Government on February 14, 2017. 8. The contract will be used to support projects on as-needed basis, for GSA's Department of State (DoS) Repair and Alterations (R&A) projects in the National Capital Region (NCR) and may be used to support other classified projects in NCR. In addition to work in DoS' primary NCR location, the Harry S. Truman (HST) Building, located at 2201 C St., NW, Washington, DC, this contract will be used to support R&A projects in any of the approximately seventy (70) DoS Facilities throughout NCR.
