- JA for award a sole source two month contract to bridge the time necessary SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Contractor shall proivde personnel, information technology (IT) management, information systems managemnet, project management, government furnished material (GFM) management, scheduling program management, financial management assistance, working group faciliattion, and physical security specialists for MCAS Iwakuni DPRI IPMO in the management and oversight of the day-to-day interface iwth users, stakeholders, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), andChugoku Shikoku Defense Bureau (CSDB). The United States Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price soles source contract to The Centech Group, inc., 6402 Arlington Blvd. 10th Floor Falls Church VA 22042-2356, United States with FAR 6.302-1 (Only-one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Award a sole source two month contract to the Centech Group, Inc., the incumbent for contract M67400-13-F-0147 to bridge the time necessary for the Governmental Accountability Office to settle a protest on the replacment contract M67400-17-D-0001. The purpose of this sole source two month bridge contract is to maintain continuity by obtaining the services from the incumbent provider for the minimm period of time necessary for the protest to be settled. Responses to this electronic notice must be made by 10:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST) on 19 March 2017.
