- APPENDIX D AF103 CIVIL ENGINEERING WORK CLEARANCE APPENDIX C Disposal and Recycling Sheet APPENDIX B Tree Information APPENDIX A Work Site Location Map Performance Work Statement Solicitation FA520917T0048 Notice to Offerors Government Policy The Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide services at Yokota Air Base, Japan for the purpose of tree removals and tree planting on Airlift Avenue in accordance with the attached PWS, Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), applicable Japanese laws and local commercial practices. Initial tree removal operations need to occur on 8 April 2017, 0900 to 9 April 17, 0000 to clear power line portions as directed by the Government. The contractor will be responsible to provide enough manpower, tools, and equipment to ensure the power line clearance is completed within this scheduled time frame. Performance Period. The performance period of this requirement is 60 calendar days after award of the contract. Notice of Pre-Proposal Conference A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference will be conducted at Contracting Squadron, Bldg 620 (Conference Room 109), Yokota Air Base on 23 Feb 2017 at 1400 hours for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 5 persons) to Mr. Setsuo Yamamoto by fax at 042-530-3319 or e-mail at setsuo.yamamoto.jp@us.af.mil, or Ms. Namiko Kaneko e-mail at namiko.kaneko.1.jp@us.af.mil prior to 1630 hours, 22 Feb 2017. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees.
