- Industry Day Agenda USDA FS Industry Day Flyer- Road Maintenance & Construction IDIQ Contract Road Contractors Needed! The USDA Forest Service National Forest in North Carolina will be advertising Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Road Maintenance/Construction Contracts in 2017. To ensure potential bidders have all the information they need prior to the bidding process, Forest Service officials will hold three industry days February 21-24. Interested contractors will be provided pertinent information pertaining to the contracting process, contract scope, federal roads guidelines, and specific locations. Contractors will have an opportunity to ask questions and meet with agency contract specialists and district representatives. For additional information, contact Contracting Officer Takele Woldu at 828-257-4205 or twoldu@fs.fed.us. Please see the attached Industry Day Flyer which details the locations, dates, and times. Contractors are not required to attend these information sessions to be eligible for the requirements. The Questions and Answer sessions will be recorded and posted to this announcement after February 24, 2017. All additional questions regarding this requirement must be submitted to CO- Takele K. Woldu via email at twoldu@fs.fed.us no later than C.O.B. March 03, 2017. Interested contractors are not required to RSVP.
