Please see below for solicitation details: RFP Number: FA3016-17-R-0010 Renovate Building 315 as described in the Statement of Work. This acquisition is set aside solely for certified Women Owned Small Businesses. NAICS: 236220 Magnitude: $500,000 to $1,000,000 Instructions: The contractor shall complete as part of offer and submit the following documents: Section A: SF1442 with completed blocks #14, #15, #16 (if different than Block 14), #17, #20a, #20b, #20c, and block #19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the offeror's firm must sign the SF 1442, block 20b. Section B: Complete pricing information for all CLINs Section I: Complete appropriate certifications in clauses FAR 52.219-28 Section K: Complete all appropriate and applicable representations and certifications. Proposal: Offeror shall submit 1 hard copy and 1 electronic copy of detailed cost proposal packages and all supporting documents including Subcontractor Proposals. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award shall be issued for this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs All construction is subject to the statutory limit of $1MIL. Proposals are due to the contracting POC not later than (NLT) 09:00 AM (CST) on 20 March 2017.
