- Description
- Provide Wireless internet service for a Period of Performance (PoP) of 1 April through 20 September 2017 to approximately 200 personnel located at the CINCU training area located near Sibiu, Romania 45°55'26.6"N 24°47'51.3"E. Internet speed shall be no less than 1MB download per second for all users at any given time. Vendor shall anticipate "peak operating" hours during nights and weekends. Vendors shall respond to repairs and outages of the entire system within 4 hours. Vendors should be prepared to respond and provide individial customer service for approximately 200 personel for the PoP dates. Vendors shall expect to receive the bulk of thier operating income and profits through the individual sales of internet services to individual customers through an online sales format. Set up costs will be paid for through US Government funding. The CLIN structure shall include 0001 Set up costs 0002 mainteanance and servicing. Quotes shall be evaluated based upon lowest price technically acceptable. Acceptability determination shall include price, technical specifications found in a forthcomming quotation and the proposed cost for individual internet service plans. Vendors shall be responsible for providing safe and secure internet free from hacking and data theft by outside sources and shall be held financially liable for any breach of personal and financial information.
