- Below are answers to questions recieved in response to this Sources Sought Announcement: Question 1: Is DITCO handling all the procurement activity for DISA? And can you say if the actual requirements package is being handled from DISA Fort Meade? Answer 1: Yes to both questions. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is the main contracting organization that specializes in procurement of global/agile information technologies and capabilities supporting the DOD, including DISA, and various non-DOD organizations. At this time, the requirements package is being assembled by the requirements owner. Question 2: Looking at this a little closer, so SAIC-CDMM has the work. Do you know if this is a mentor/protégé relationship between SAIC and CDM? Or is CDM a subsidiary to SAIC? I see also that they have had the work since 2013, can you advise who had the contract prior to 2013? Was it the same company?? Answer 2: CDM, LLC is a subsidiary of SAIC. Prior to 2013, the incumbent was the same company.
