- NSN 4210 - 013910784 is for EXTINGUISHER,FIRE. This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for 3,000 EA. This material will be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be Unrestricted. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is 21 February 2017. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLATS.
