- This is a solicitation for Building 7360 Renovation. Attached is the Solicitation and 15 Attachments. Per page 32 of the Solicitation: Site Visit: When - 22 February 2017 at 9:00am CST Where - Buidling 7360 2501 Carswell Ave JBSA Lackland, Texas 78236 **Please arrive 15 minutes early so we may have everyone signed in. The Site-Visit will start promptly at 9:00am CST.** If you plan to attend the site visit, you must send your Full Name, Date of Birth, License Number/ID Number and State, and Company Name. Failure to submit proper information by 21 February 2017 at 10:00am CST will result in the individual's denial of access to base. **Questions will be due no later than 01 March 2017 at 10:00am CST. Any questions received after this deadline will not receive an answer.**
