- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests, Andrew Pickens Ranger District, has a requirement for road reconstruction in Oconee County, SC. The following Forest Service roads will be reconstructed - 1) Spy Rock Road, Forest Service Road (FSR) 748-1 (5.75 miles); 2) Riley Moore Ford Road, FSR 748B (0.37 miles); 3) Chauga Field Road, FSR 748D (0.42 miles); 4) Butts Pond Road, FSR 748F (0.1 miles); West Rocky Ford Road, FSR 750 (1.26 miles); and 5) Melvin Ridge Road, FSR 2602 (0.28 miles). The scope of the project will be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A Payment Bond will be required. This is a new project - there are no incumbents. The solicitation will contain the required information and will be posted on this website, www.fbo.gov, on or about 3 March 2017. The pre-bid site visit information will be in the solicitation.
