- Solicitation for NSN 6340-01-146-8241 / 0066999524 / SPE4A6-17-R-0360 / Detector, Fire, Overheat. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a a firm-fixed price. No quantity option. TThis is a critical item. This requirement is unrestictedunder the negotiated method of procurement. This is a sole source item to Meggitt Safety Systems (cage: 25693) / P/N 3151-19-600/400-6. This is a Commercial item. FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. This solicitation is sbeing issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. Fkort the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059, FOB: Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be foud on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
