- Aviation Logistics Center requests approval to award a new sole source procurement to the source approved by the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Command (AMRDEC) Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED) resulting in a single firm-fixed-price (FFP), five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul Contract. Army Working Capital Funds, Reparable will be utilized. The minimum and maximum quantity for each requirement is listed in the below table. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quantities are included and will utilize FMS funding, but this is not source directed. Potential FMS customers include Egypt, Bahrain, Korea, Netherlands, Kuwait and Greece. The FMS requirement for this action will never be source directed, as the awardee for the impending contract will be selected based upon sole source negotiations; any FMS customer must use the selected contractor if they wish to leverage the contract which will be awarded at the conclusion of this pre-award procurement. Technical data to include a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) is not available for the Fuel Tank, Combo Pack requirement. The projected award date for this acquisition is 15 August 2017. SYSTEM: AH-64 A/D/E NOMENCLATURE: Fuel Tank, Combo Pack Input NSN / Output NSN: 1560-01-519-4248 Input / Output P/N: HM025-600-11 Estimated Quantity Range: 10 Minimum/60 Maximum (includes 10 FMS) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1000 employees. Interested parties who have the capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio-economic status as applicable. All submissions must include full company names, Point of Contacts (POCs) to include, name, position, office and mobile telephone numbers and email address. At this time the agency's minimum needs can only be satisfies by Robertson Fuel Systems, L.L.C., 800 West Carver Road, Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85284-5264 (CAGE Code 1T765). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) and a M&O Plan are required for the overhaul/upgrade. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approve source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
