- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4330-01-422-0904 being bought to manufacturer's code and part numbers. The FSC for this requirement is: 4330. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three-year base period and no option years is anticipated. The total duration shall not exceed 3 years. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The solicitation will be available on March 6, 2017 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. This solicitation is being solicited as a partial set-aside. The NAICS code is 333999 and # of employees 500.
