- NSN: 6625-01-564-1896 - ANALYZER, SPECTRUM, being bought in accordance with KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (1LQK8) with P/N: E4448A OPT 107, 110, 115, 123, 124, 215, 233, 23A, 23B. Based on market research this item is commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 12. The required quantity is 4 each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-3019. FOB origin and inspection acceptance at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 03/06/2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is unrestricted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and proposed delivery, per provisions ( L&M Proc Note 215-9C09, L&M Proc Note 211-9051, and L&M Proc Note L08 ). The required delivery is 1 8 0 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Unit of Issue: EA The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6625. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
