- ********************************** The Government is offering one-on-one sessions with Industry in conjunction with the pre-solicitation conference on March 6, 2017. The sessions will be limited to 20-minutes. The intent of the one-on-one sessions is to afford the DEOS Contracting Officer and/or Contract Specialists with the opportunity to ask Industry questions specific to the DEOS acquisition and Draft RFP. The Government will provide advanced copies of the questions for the one-on-one sessions, via FedBizOpps posting, in advance of March 6 to allow for Industry to be prepared to respond to the questions in a timely manner. Any available time above and beyond the time necessary for Industry to address the questions posed by the Government and the expiration of the 20-minutes will be allocated to the vendor to ask questions of the Government. It should be noted that questions asked during this time will be recorded and the responses will be posted publically to FedBizOpps. Vendors who are interested must sign up prior to March 1, 2017 at the following email box: disa.meade.PLD.mbx.deos-requirement@mail.mil. Further coordination in regards to room assignments and time will be provided prior to March 6. Those who are planning on attending must also make sure that they have signed up for the conference at: http://disa.mil/newsandevents/events/deospresolicitation and have provided the proper information in order to obtain access to Fort Meade. The one-on-one sessions will be limited to a maximum of two attendees per vendor. ****************************************** This is a Draft Request for Proposal for the Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) solicitation for the Defense Information System Agency (DISA). DISA plans to issue the official Request for Proposal (RFP) in the early 3 rd quarter of Fiscal Year 2017. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The RFP, when released, will solicit for an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Single-Award Task Order Contract in support of the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) and the Department of Defense (DoD). The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition. In an effort to provide transparency into the forthcoming DEOS RFP, the Government is releasing this DRAFT RFP. Please review the entire DRAFT RFP package and provide your comments / recommendations / concerns via Attachment 10 (Question Template). DO NOT submit a proposal to this DRAFT RFP as it is only intended for industry review and feedback. Once again, formal DEOS RFP is tentatively scheduled to be released on FedBizOpps during mid to late April. All technical and business related questions to the DRAFT RFP should be submitted using Attachment 10 (Question Template) and sent to: disa.meade.PLD.mbx.deos-requirement@mail.mil. All DRAFT RFP questions submitted to the Government prior to 1500 EST on 22 February will be answered either via subsequent posting to this announcement and/or during the DEOS Pre-Solicitation Conference; currently estimated to be held 6 March 2017 at the Defense Information Systems Agency HQ, Fort Meade, MD. Additional information regarding the DEOS Pre-Solicitation Conference can be found at http://disa.mil/newsandevents/events/deospresolicitation. This site will be continuously updated and used to register for the DEOS Pre-Solicitation Conference. DISCLAIMER This is not a RFP and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this announcement. The Government does not intend to pay for information received in response to these releases. This Draft DEOS RFP is issued solely for planning purposes. Please be advised that any submissions become Government property and will not be returned nor will receipt be confirmed. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to the Draft DEOS RFP are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
