Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 1, intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source to Delaware North Companies for Outreach Advertising Services at the TD Garden as needed for VISN 1 to commence on March 1, 2017 through February 28, 2018 with 2 one year options. Contract will include FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services for up to six additional months. Delaware North Companies is the advertising organization with sole rights for commitment for TD garden advertising. A firm fixed price contract with two option periods is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government s belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government s intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This is not a Request for Proposal. If other companies can provide equal services at this location for the VISN 1, vendors must submit their technical capabilities, to include, technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government s technical representatives for consideration for future requirements. Email statements are preferred. Statements are due no later than February 28, 2017. Phone inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a solicitation; it is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source requirement.
