- Instruction to Offerors Statement of Work The Arizona National Guard is in need of a conference center that can provide indoor meeting rooms and catering for soldiers in support of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program located in the Phoenix metropolitan area of Arizona. There will be approximately 180 adults in attendance. Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be provided for all attendees. Parking must be free of cost for all attendees. The following statement of work will outline exactly what is needed to perform the RA-2 Reintegration Activity and Post-Deployment Health Reassessment. The purpose of the DoD YRRP Event is to provide National Guard and Reserve Members with information, services, referral and proactive outreach opportunities throughout the entire deployment cycle.
