- Request for Lease Proposals State:VA City:Varied (Northern Virginia) Delineated Area: North: MD/VA Line; GW Parkway South: US Route 123 East: I-395; I-95 West: U.S. Route 286 Sq. Ft. (ABOA) Minimum:17,163 Sq. Ft. (ABOA) Maximum:18,021 Space Type:Flex space with 10,000 ABOA SF of warehouse space Parking:10 surface spaces Full Term:15 years Firm Term:15 years Additional Requirements: -- Offered building must have the ability to accommodate ISC Level III Security Requirements -- Please see Request for Lease Proposals for additional details. Authorized Contacts:GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative, Cushman & Wakefield. Offered space must meet all Government requirements contained in the attached Request Lease Proposals and Lease, including requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards by the required occupancy date per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Initial offers must be submitted in writing no later than March 8, 2017 and include all submittals requested in the RLP package.
