Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for VORTAC Shelter Dome Caps. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order as a result of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This procurement is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 326199 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. Please see attached RFQ documents for further information. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached RFQ document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the RFQ document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Rob LaFollette, Contracting Officer (AAQ-721), via e-mail at robert.lafollette@faa.gov or FAX number 405-954-3111. Responses are due no later than the close of business on 24 Feb 2017 and must be submitted electronically to robert.lafollette@faa.gov. Please ensure all email responses contain �DTFAAC-17-Q-01265 RFQ Response � in the subject line. If all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's quote, the offeror's quote may be determined ineligible for further consideration. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested quote documentation.
