- NSN 1660-01-595-5995, Solicitation SPE4A7-17-Q-0841, PR 0067508190. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for a Mask, Oxygen. Requested total quantity is 259 EA. The end item application is for Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE). The procurement item description cites: MASK, OXYGEN AVOX SYSTEMS INC., CAGE: 53655 P/N: 358-1554-1 This procurement will be Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Government First Article and Production Lot Testing are required. 180 days for the FAT, 50 days Govt evaluation, 300 days for production lot testing, 50 days Government evaluation, and 15 days shipping. The total requested delivery is 595 days ARO. Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted. Sub-contracting plan will be required per FAR 52.219-9, certified cost data (TINA) will be not be required as this item has been identified as a Commercial of a Type item per FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 12 and FAR 15.403-1(b).
