Description
Electronic Visitor Request Form Industry Day - for Electronic Warfare Test Support, Holloman AFB, NM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. THIS IS A NOTICE THAT AN INDUSTRY DAY HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR CROSS-TALK BETWEEN THE USAF AND INDUSTRY FOR FUTURE SUPPORT FOR ELECTRONIC WAREFARE TESTING LOCATED AT HOLLOMAN AFB, NEW MEXICO. The Government is seeking questions and comments from industry regarding support for electronic warfare testing. This acquisition anticipates the Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services in support of test and evaluation, and training missions involving Support for Electronic Warfare. While the final decision has not been determined, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is preliminarily set as 541330, Engineering Services. The previously posted Request for Information will close as of 2:00 pm MST 2 March 2017. Please refer to the information included in the notice for more information. An Industry Day for Support of Electronic Warfare Testing will be held on Friday, 24 February 2017, at the 746 Test Squadron Apache Conference Room, Building 1265, Holloman AFB, NM. The meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 pm. All times are Mountain Standard Time. No photographs will be permitted on the Air Force installation. The purpose of this event is to provide available program information pertaining to the requirement for EW Test Spt. Events will include requirements briefs, facility tour, and one-on-one exchanges, if desired. 0800 - 0830 Welcome/Squadron Introduction 0830 - 1030 EW Overview, Support Scope, Requirements Brief, Q&A session 1030 - 1130 Facility Tour (Jammer Equipment) 1130 - 1230 Lunch 1230 - 1630 One-on-one sessions (if desired) Industry is requested to review the information located on the FedBizOpps website prior to Industry Day and keep in mind that this information will be updated periodically. All questions concerning this notice should be submitted electronically via email to the Points of Contact (POC) as indicated in this announcement. All information pertaining to this announcement, including technical (or other) questions and answers will be provided to/through the Contracting Officer ONLY to ensure equal distribution of information to interested parties via Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at https:://www.fbo.gov. This industry day is open to all interested parties and not limited in attendance. Attendance at the scheduled Industry Day and any discussions/release of information is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information or costs associated with travel. However, this is to allow interested vendors observe site conditions. This will be an opportunity for industry and the Government to exchange ideas to improve the existing requirements. Attendees will need to arrive at the Visitor Center at the Holloman AFB Main Gate no later than 7:30 am) on 24 Feb 2016 to receive visitor passes. To attend the Preproposal Conference the vendors are required to submit an electronic visitor request (e-VAR) not later than 1:00pm MST, Wednesday, 22 Feb 2017. Copies of this e-VAR shall be e-mailed to william.hunter.9@us.af.mil and julie.miller.4@us.af.mil. Those with current access to Holloman AFB must still provide an e-VAR for this event in order to participate. Any e-VAR's received past the deadline will not be processed. Companies are requested to provide a complete list of attendees to the Contracting Officer, William Hunter, at william.hunter.9@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist, Julie Miller at julie.miller.4@us.af.mil with their e-VAR on 22 Feb 2017. Please include company address and CAGE Code. This information will be used to verify all pass requests have been received, and as a roster for Industry Day participants.
