(ABOA):2,900 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):2 Parking Spaces (Surface):2 Parking Spaces (Structured):- Parking Spaces (Reserved):- Full Term:10 Firm Term:5 Option Term: Additional Requirements: 1.Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. 2.Column spacing must be at a minimum 30'-0" center to center 3.Ceiling height must be not less than 14'-0" above finished floor (AFF), but no more than 16'-0" AFF.
