- Amendment with Q&A See Amendment 0002 for additional Q&A. Remember to acknowledge all amendmetns on page 2 of the SF1442 in your proposal. _________________ See Amendment 0001, dated Feb 6, 2017, which includes minutes and Q&A from site visit plus changes to the solicitation and specifications. __________________ THIS IS THE OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Work will be completed Fall 2017. A site visit is HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED for : February 2, 2017 8:00 am Redmond Air Center. The government estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary for the ‘Cache' building exterior improvements located at the Redmond Air Center. Work includes, but is not limited to complete replacement of roofing materials, siding, and indicated windows and doors. Work also includes removal of some windows, followed by patching the opening to match existing interior, and new exterior. This project is located at the Redmond Air Center, adjacent to the Redmond Airport in Redmond, Oregon. 1740 SE Ochoco Way, Redmond, OR 97756. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
