Description

NSN: 6625-01-658-1745 - MODIFICATION KIT, IN, being bought in accordance with AEROFLEX WICHITA, INC. ( 51190 ) with P/N: 140870. Based on market research this item is not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity is 1 5 each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-3019. FOB origin and inspection acceptance at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 03/06/2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is unrestricted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and proposed delivery, per provisions ( L&M Proc Note 215-9C09, L&M Proc Note 211-9051, and L&M Proc Note L08 ). The required delivery is 1 8 0 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Unit of Issue: EA The Small Business size standard is 1250 employees. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6625. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
