- Description
- Provide maintenance, support, repair and software updates to Oxford Instruments X-Max 80 EDS. Contracting shall provide maintenance service to indclide 1PM per year, calibration to factory specifications, OEM replacement parts, as available, labor, materials, repairs, support, and software updates where necessary on the following items: X-Max-80, AZtec, x-stream2. Contractor shall repsond to service call(s) within one day after being notified of equipment problem or failure. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. ALL RESPONSIBLE PROPOSALS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
