- Solicitation W9098S-17-T-0078 will be for a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)- type contract for the Lovibond Colorimeter. The technical data package will be released with the solicitation. This solicitation is restricted to the Lovibond Colorimeter. An approved Brand Name Justification and Approval is on file and a redacted copy will be uploaded. Estimated Solicitation Release Date: 24 February 2017 Estimated Response Date: 03 March 2017. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing to obtain an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.Gov) website at https://www.fbo.gov/ and searching for the solicitation number. All dates in this announcement are estimates and are subject to change. Note: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government.
