- This effort is for the repair of Air Data Transducers (ADT), which is part of the Pitot/Static system used on the USAF MC-130H Combat Talon II aircraft. The Stock Numbers (NSN), Part Numbers (PN), and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for the components included in this effort are listed below: NSN: 6685-01-373-2860 / PN: 1281AF2B1BEP2 / BEQ: 72 Total There will be a Basic one-year contract period, plus four (4) one-year Options. The required delivery schedule is two (2) of the assets with a Turn-Around-Time of thirty (30) calendar days. The approximate Solicitation Issue Date will be 3 March 2017 with an approximate Response Date of 2 April 2017. The solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizops.gov only. No telephone or fax requests will be honored. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. Restricted to Pacific Electronic Enterprises, Inc. (DBA: Pacific Electronics), CAGE Code 32324. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
