- NSN: 1560-00-280-6429; Fairing Assembly, CA; WSIC: L IQC: 1000054388; Issue Date: 3/6/17; Closing Date: 4/5/17 This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. This procurement has a 100% small business set-aside. The NSN is not a commercial item. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is Not required. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments is authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, but not a critical safety item. Government First Article applies (2 units for testing) and approved test units can be used as part of the production units. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
