- Amended Solicitation Amendment# 3 answers to the questions related to the solicitation Amendment# 3: This amendment provides answers to the questions related to the solicitation. An amended solicitation is also posted. Amendment # 2 : This amendment provides technical information (quarterly hourly data). Therefore please view the attached excel spreadsheets. Another amendment will be posted shortly to answer other questions. Attached please find amendment #1 of the electricity to extend the reponse / validity date. Note: Please ensure to submit a signed SF 30 of each amendment with your offer. Requirement of Utility Services in Belgium: here supply of electricity (no generators) The response date for the solicitation was changed from Thursday, 16 Feb 17, 11:00 am Central European Time (CET) to Tuesday, 21 Feb 17, 10:00 am CET. Offerors shall ensure all correspondence is submitted in English. Period of performance: 2 years There are 3 regions affected (Brussels, Flanders, Wallonia) For details see attached solicitation and attachment # 3 of the solicitation (list of service locations/EAN list).
