- LTC PROJECT for NSN 1680-01-105-1691, PR: 1000054420, NOMENCLATURE: HANDLE, DOOR. Item is used on 27F Helicopter, HH-60U Pave Hawk, 2VN FMS Australian MH60R, 40A Blackhawk Helicopter, 44N Lamps Mark III SH-60B Helicopter, 75F HH-60 Helicopter, C3N MH60R Helicopter, ERN Helicopter Carrier Based ASW, ESN Helicopter, Search and Rescue, MVA HH-60L MEDVAC, TWA HELO, Elect Countermeasures, YLN Helicopter Seahawk, H-60 and YXA Aircraft Black Hawk. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. Item is a CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one, one-year Base period and four, one-year Option Periods. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 90 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 23 each for the Base Period only. The Maximum Contract Quantity for the life of the contract is 835 each for the Base and Option Periods combined. The required production lead-time is 200 Days after receipt of order (ARO). Option to extend terms of the contract is 48 months. Duration of contract period is 60 months. Requirement is an Unrestricted Procurement. First Article Testing - Contracting 'APPLIES' to this requirement. Configuration Control applies to this requirement. Export Control does not apply to this requirement. Reverse Auction may apply to this requirement. Surge and Sustainment are NOT required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
