- IGF:OT::IGF RESTORE SHORELINE ROSS BARNETT RES. The National Park Service at Natchez Trace Parkway has a requirement to restore two areas along the Ross Barnett Reservoir along the Natchez Trace Parkway. Jobsite is located in Madison and Rankin counties of Mississippi near Ridgeland, MS. The work consists of the general construction for restoration of two (2) areas on the Ross Barnett Reservoir along the Natchez Trace Parkway. The contractor is responsible for permitting both areas of work with the Pearl River Water Management District. The project range is estimated to be between $400,000 to $475,000. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238990, with a corresponding size standard of $13.0 million. This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns shall not be considered. A bid bond is required. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on/about January 16, 2017 by electronic means only and can be downloaded along with all related attachments from the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov or FedConnect: http://www.fedconnect.net. The RFP will close 30 days from the actual date of issuance. The Contractor is responsible for periodically checking the website for any Amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFP. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price contract. Award selection will be made on a Best Value determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price as outlined in the RFP. Award is subject to the availability of funding at the time of award. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the bid due date until March 24th, 2017, 4:30 PM CST.
