- FENCING MATERIALS FOR BLM WEST DESERT DISTRICT FY 2017 This solicitation is prepared as a request for quotation (RFQ) for commercial items as listed on the attached specification document. Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 332618 with a size standard of 500 or fewer employees. Successful vendor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site.
