- MATOC IDIQ CONTRACTS FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF KANSAS- POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT Category: Y -Construction of Structures and Facilities Date Published: February 16, 2017 Contact: USPFO for Kansas, Contracting Division, Karen Robben, 2737 S Kansas Avenue, Topeka Kansas 66611-1170, email: karen.l.robben.civ@mail.mil, Telephone: 785-646-1273 NAICS is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard is $36.5M The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for new MATOC IDIQ Contracts for Construction Services throughout the State of Kansas including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. USPFO for Kansas will be issuing a solicitation and will be awarding Multiple IDIQ contracts. Under the anticipated contracts, the contractors shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, materials, expertise, and supervision necessary for various maintenance, repair, and construction Task Orders for the Kansas National Guard. These contracts are anticipated to be awarded as a One-Year Base Period with 4 One-Year options. The anticipated Maximum Contract Value for the Base Period and all option years is $20,000,000. The minimum guaranteed task order amount for the entire contract period, to include any exercised option period is expected to be $200.00 per IDIQ Contract Awarded. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than March 2, 2017. This response, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form and (3) a listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry (The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor) and (4) a brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
