- The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement and requesting quotations for the following part: Item 1) NSN: 6105-01-516-1889 MOTOR, ALTERNATING CURRENT 270 WMEC UNDERWAY ASW PUMP ELECTRIC MOTOR 40 HP ELECTRIC MOTOR, 40 HP, 3600 RPM, 3 PHASE, 60 HERTZ, 230/460 VOLT AC, ODP IEEE45 MARINE DUTY, BELOW DECK ONLY, 286 HPV FRAME SIZE, P-BASE, SOLID SHAFT, VERTICAL, DRIP COVER, NORMAL THRUST, (AJ=9.125", U=1.125"), CONTINUOUS DUTY, CLASS "B" INSULATION, 1.15 SF. 286TTDR17012/M829 IEEE45. THE MOTOR VERICALLY MOUNTED WITH A 10" DIAMETER FLANGE ON THE BOTTOM WITH A 4 BOLT PATTERN OF 7/16" HOLES EQUALLY SPACED ON A 9 1/8" DIAMETER CIRCLE. THE SHAFT WILL BE 2 ¾" +/- 0.031" IN LENGTH FROM THE FACE OF ENDSHIELD, 1.1230" TO 1.1245" DIAMETER WITH A CUPPED KEYWAY WIDTH OF0.250" TO 0.252" WITH THE LENGTH OF 2" FROM THE SHAFT END, THE SPIGOT ON THE SHAFT IS TO 0.375" TO 0.377" WIDE WITH THE FURTHEST SHOULDER 0.745" TO 0.750" FROM THE SHAFT END, THE DIAMETER OF THE SPIGOT IS TO BE 1.245" TO 1.250" Mfg: CURTIS-WRIGHT FLOW CONTROL COMPANY Part number: M829-IEEE45 Quantity: 5 EA The items are used on various US Coast Guard vessels. All items will be individually packaged and bar-code in accordance with Coast Guard specification IAW SP-PP&M-001. Inspection and acceptance shall take place at Destination after verification of preservation, individual packaging and marking/bar coding requirements and confirmation of no damage during transit. Failure to comply with packaging requirements will result in rejection and nonpayment. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore MD 21126, Mark for: Receiving Room bldg 88 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005 95 (Jan 2017) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 335312 and the business size standard is 1,250. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106 apply. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government. Award will be lowest price technically acceptable. The Coast Guard intends to award on a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SYSTEMS FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (www.sam.gov) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer.
