- The U.S. Geological Survey, Conte Anadromous Fish Lab, located in Turners Falls, MA has a requirement for an Electofisher Backpack (Smith-Root LR-24 or equal) and Accessories. This RFQ replaces previous solicitation G17PS00237. Quotes shall provide pricing and specifications that conform to the characteristics described in Section B.2. Salients. The delivery date is 30 days from receipt of order, FOB Destination. The anticipated award date of the contract is 03/08/2017. The acquisition will be total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334515 Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity/Electrical Signals. The size standard is 500 employees. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. The basis of award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Refer to Section E.3 for Instructions to Offerors and E.5.
