- Item Description This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for “LocTite EA460 BMS5-90 Rev (V) Type 1V Class 1 ” as a 100% small business set aside requirement. FOB destination is Tinker AFB OK. The line item cited above is for a commerical, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirement, please state the price on your quote as all inclusive of everything. ( i.e. shipping, taxes, fees, etc.). This requirement is anticipated to be competitive. No quotes can be accepted until the Solicitation has been posted. Please make sure all provisions and clauses are appropriately filled in (where applicable), when submitting a quote. Please send the actual solicitation completed, along with any other documentation to support your company’s quote. Please make sure information stated is readable and legible. Export Control: Data is export controlled: The Boeing Material Specification (BMS) Qualified Product List (QPL) is approved for release only to U.S. DoD contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Copies of this BMS QPL are available on request from the contracting officer upon receipt of the contractor’s DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement). Information regarding the DD Form 2345 and certificaton for contractors who whish to obtain access to unclassified technical data is available at https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ QPL Qualification Requirement: Boeing is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the subject line item. The Air Force cannot approve or add vendors to the Boeing BMS QPL. All qualification requirement must be sent directly to Boeing for approval at http://www.boeingsuppliers.com/become.html to arrange an opprtunity to demonstrate their abilities to meet the standards specified for qualification.
