- Solicitation Number: VA786-17-R-0195 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to furnish all labor, supervision, quality control, transportation, parts, materials, equipment, supplies, necessary or incidental to remove, raise, realign, reset, and clean designated upright headstone; renovate turf in designated burial sections with additional earthwork in certain sections; at the Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, CO. NACIS code 561730, Size Standard $7.5 Million. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All proposals must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award.
