- High Speed Digital Cameras This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for 16 High Speed Digital Cameras and an option for 9 High Speed Digital Cameras. For tracking purposes only the Solicitation Number will be identified as W91151-17-T-0041. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations. This solicitation is regulated through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 333316 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB). All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database in order to receive award and prior to award. The website address for registration is: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. The due date for receipt of quotes with proposed specifications and pictures of camera will be 11:00 A.M., Central Time on 24 February 2017. Quotes can be emailed to Natasha Elder at Natasha.l.elder.civ@mail.mil. E-mails regarding this action shall have the solicitation number in the subject line. Send all questions no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Time on 21 February 2017. The Contracting Officer is Belinda Woods. All quotes shall be marked with the Solicitation Number W91151-17-T-0041, CAGE Code, DUNS, and Point of Contact Information. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the Offeror's Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (FAR Clause 52.212-3) with their quote. All responsible sources may submit a quote. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract resulting from this solicitation. For delivery schedule see item description below for each line item. Cameras shall be delivered to White Sands Missile Range, Building 1870 Aberdeen Road, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico 88002. Line Item 0001- Quantity 8 each; High Speed Digital Cameras; Delivery within 30 days of award. Line Item 0002- Quantity 8 each; High Speed Digital Cameras; Delivery 60 days after award. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days. Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the partied otherwise agree. 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. (a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 15 days; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 30 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. The Minimum Specifications for the High Speed Digital Cameras are listed in the attached document. All specifications must meet or exceed the requirements in order to be eligible for award. Any specifications that are not met in the quote submitted shall be ineligible for award.
