- This is a pre-priced BPA issued to allow the Indiana National Guard an acquisition tool to purchase ICE. The supplier shall furnish ICE when requested by the contracting officer of the authorized representative of the contracting officer during the period of 6 MARCH 2017 through 7 MARCH 2018 with the option to renew each year following a mandatory annual review. (FAR 13.303-6) The total of the basic and option periods shall not exceed 5 years. Page 4 for the attachment has a price list for 7LB packaged ice, 20-22LB packaged ice, and 10LB packaged block ice. Bag size/weight variations are acceptable as long as bids clearly state the sizes available and the cooresponding prices. Pricing will be converted to a per pound basis when comparing price lists.
