- Update as of 16 FEB 17 - The USG intends to release Draft Sections L &M along with a Draft Statement Of Work (SOW) to industry on this FBO URL in the March 2017 timeframe. It is the Government's intent to receive comments on those Draft documents and consider them prior to releasing a Draft RFP.
