- This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not commit The Department of The Army, Healthcare Acquisition Activity - Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic to award a contract now or in the future. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Invitation for Bid, or an announcement of a solicitation. Response to this sources sought is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firms' ability to submit an offer if a solicitation is released. There is no bid package or solicitation document associated with this announcement. The purpose of this document is to identify potential sources. Any requests for a solicitation package will be disregarded. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this source sought or otherwise pay for the information solicited. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of preparing submissions in response to this sources sought and the Government's use of such information. This is a Sources Sought Notice is conducted to identify potential sources capable of leasing or renting an ambulance for an estimate of four months in support of Ireland Army Health Center located at Fort Knox, KY. Capability Statement - If your firm has the potential capacity to provide these services, please provide the following information: 1) Company Information a. DUNS and NAICS code b. Company Name c. Company Address (including point of contact, phone number and email address) d. Type/Size of company (small business (SB) or other than SB), e. Type of available ambulances - Provide brochures if available. The Government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide the services. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed items are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 5:00 PM EST on February 22, 2017.
