This Presolicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. At this time, The Department of Veteran Affairs is not seeking quotes, and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Presolicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Presolicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party s expense. Responses to the Presolicitation Notice will not be returned. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this Presolicitation Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ s. Responses to this notice are not quotes and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.fbo.gov/ ) site for additional information pertaining to this Presolicitation Notice. The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center located at 7305 N Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410, intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) for court reporting and transcription services. The contract type will be a Fixed Price Service Contract. This procurement is being solicited as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside under NAICS code 561492 Court Reporting and Stenotype Services, size standard is 15 million dollars. A solicitation will be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 and will be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) on or about February 22, 2017. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL: https://www.fbo.gov/.
