Description

Special Notice.   The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to ALPHA OMEGA CO USA INC. for the service and maintenance of the NeuroOmega System at the Richmond VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA 23249. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the service and maintenance of the NeuroOmega System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any business that believes it can provide service and maintenance of the NeuroOmega System may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 12:00 pm E.S.T. on February 22, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses received from responsible sources by 12:00 pm E.S.T. on February 22, 2017 will be considered by the Government. Inquiries shall be emailed to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov.
