Description

Request for Quotation document with all applicable clauses The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Undersea Systems International, Inc., DBA Ocean Technology Systems (OTS), 3133 W. Harvard Street, Santa Ana, CA 92704. The award is for the following items: Twenty (20) Each Battery Pack, 12 Volt, PN: 910272-000, Twenty (20) Each Headset-AGA Mask, PN: 910274-000, and Two (2) Each Six Station Battery, PN: 910291-000. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reasons. OTS is the sole supplier for the items to be purchased and the items have been certified for service by the Seal Delivery Vehicle Configuration Manager. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334419, and the size standard is 750 employees. FSC is 6130. Potential alternate sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be reviewed by the agency, by the closing date of this synopsis period.
