- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order, and is required by FAR 5.203. Pursuant to 13.106-1(b), the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with International SOS, located at 3600 Horizon Blvd., Suite 300, Philadelphia, PA 19053 for integrated security and health solutions for OPIC travelers abroad. International SOS provides a robust framework that delivers Duty of Care obligations to OPIC employees with 24-hour global protection that includes medical, security, and online services. Anticipated award date is March 9, 2017. Services include the following: -24 hours a day/7 days a week access to doctors and security specialists online, on-call and on the ground for medical and security referrals and advice -Coordination of medical and security evacuation/repatriation -Membership cards, eGuides and communication materials -Travel Risk Management Roadmap session with a security expert -Branded Communications Portal -Location specific pre-trip advisory emails with targeted travel, medical and security information -TravelTracker website -Multi-channel communication platform -Assistance App Check-in functionality -Travel Risk Awareness eLearning The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 with the size standard of $38.5 million. The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.
