- NSN 1R-4935-000219808-FB, REF NR AS9001001, QTY 15 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit Marvin Engineering (32067) and Aerometals Inc (32664) for the purchase of Test Set, Guided Mis. The intention of this solicitation is to award a firm fixed priced contract. NSN: 1RW 4935000219808 FB ITEM NAME: TEST SET GUIDED MIS EXTENDED QTY: 15 The government intends to contract on a limited source basis. The above mentioned sources are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source for providing the part. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The applicable NAICS code is 334514. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days (30days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice of intent shall be submitted no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of this synopsis to NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, Attn: Kristen Shubick, Contract Specialist, Code N762.33, 700 Robbins Ave. BLDG 1,Philadelphia, PA 19011. Sources will be solicited on or after 03 MAR 2017 and the solicitation will close 30 days after the effective date of the solicitation.
