Description

Drawing RFP W90VN6-17-R-0012 RFP W90VN6-17-R-0012 Repair Asphalt Pavement RMSA Area " WNHQ 12-1204, Repair Asphalt Pavement at Suwon AB." This is Request For Proposal for the follow ing Osan AB MA IDIQ Paving Contractors only. Only Proposals for this requirement are being solicited from the Osan AB MA IDIQ contractors for the following MA IDIQ contract issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade(CSB). Proposals from offerors other than the MA IDIQ contractros will not be considered for award. Contract number: W91QVN-12-D-0133, 0134, 0135, 0136 OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING: A. Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card when attending the site visit orientation. B. Submission of Proposal a. The pricing Proposal shall be submitted by 13:00 hours on the closing date. b. Technical proposal: 1. Offer Breakdow n 2. Section K C. Submission of Proposal: See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the 'no-offer letter" by the date and time specif ied in this solicitation.
