- NOTE THE CHANGE IN THE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST DUE DATE: Delineated Area: North: Kingston Pike from the intersection at Lyons View Pike westward to the intersection at Northshore Rd ; I-40 westward beginning at the intersection of Papermill Rd and Northshore Rd; Include the area between I-40 and the intersection of North Gallaher View Rd and Walker Springs Rd; Include the area between I-40 and the intersection of Bridgewater Rd NW Cross Park Dr westward to N. Cedar Bluff; Include the area between I-40 and the intersection of N.
