Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) unless otherwise noted herein. The NJ Army National Guard requires 140,000 lbs. of cubed ice including delivery to Fort Pickett, VA between 20 MAY- 8 JUN 2017 (17 total days). Delivery dates will be 19 MAY, 22 MAY, 24 MAY, 26 MAY, 29 MAY, 31 MAY, 2 JUN, and 5 JUN 2017. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 312113. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
