Chattanooga, TN CBOC VA-101-15-R-0201 SFO Amendment P00003 Changes: SFO PART I, 1.5 OFFER DUE DATE: The Offer Due Date is extended to March 29, 2017. Accordingly, SFO PART I, 1.5 Paragraph 1, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Offers are due by March 29, 2017, 4:00PM Eastern Time (ET). VA currently anticipates award on or before January 2018. Offers must remain open, and pricing must remain valid, until 60 calendar days following award date. 2. SFO Part VIII: Part 08G GSA 3517 General Clauses Addendum CHATTANOOGA TN 1-2017 is hereby deleted and replaced with SFO Amendment No. 1 Part 08G GSA 3517 General Clauses Addendum CHATTANOOGA TN. Questions and Answers: 1. Will a Revit model be provided? RESPONSE: Yes. Directions were posted to FBO.gov and are as follows: The SFO Part IX Building Concept Plans Revit building file can be obtained from VA s authorized real estate representative for this procurement, Savills Studley, Inc. To request the file, send an email with Chattanooga, TN Building Revit File Request in the subject line to the following three individuals: Julie Rayfield jrayfield@savills-studley.com Tim Mazzucca Tmazzucca@savills-studley.com Belinda DiCupe bdicupe@savills-studley.com The conceptual drawings shown the NUSF x 1.35 = maximum gross sf. Is there any requirement for the maximum building gross area? RESPONSE: No. Is a smoking shelter required? RESPONSE: See SFO 5.4.2 SMOKING SHELTERS Section 5.2.2 states the drop-off shall have canopy cover designed to accommodate public bus and shuttle services. Please clarify if we need to accommodate for a city bus inside the property? RESPONSE: Assume that public buses include a city bus. The conceptual site plan doesn t show a drop-off area for the ambulance. Is an ambulance drop-off required? RESPONSE: In accordance with SFO 6.2.3 AMBULANCE ACCESS, a pick up location is required. See AS101 Conceptual Site plan for location of ambulance pick-up. How many flagpoles do we need to provide? RESPONSE: One Are a perimeter fence and site entrance gates required? RESPONSE: In accordance with SFO 5.7 FENCING INTENTIONALLY DELETED, perimeter fencing has been deleted from this solicitation. See SFO 4.2.4 PHYSICAL SECURITY AND NATURAL DISASTERS RESISTIVE DESIGN for gate requirements. Please clarify the size and number of the service truck(s) that will be used. RESPONSE: Provide for Box Trucks through Tractor-trailers. Provide space for two trucks at the dock area. What is the minimum scale for elevations? RESPONSE: 1/8 scale. The conceptual site plan provided does not show any exterior patio/yard areas for outdoor activities. Section 5.4.4 states to provide exterior patios as shown on plans. Please clarify. RESPONSE: It is the Offeror s responsibility to comply with the SFO and locate those areas on the Offeror s site plan. Are gates required to separate the staff parking from public parking? RESPONSE: See response to Question 7. 12. Will VA consider an extension to the Initial Offer Due Date of March 8, 2017? RESPONSE: Yes, see above. END OF AMENDMENT
